Joachim Wiberg d1fe3b1311 confd: generate mDNS service records on hostname changes

This commit implements Infix mDNS TXT records, version 1, for available
services.  Hard coded for the moment.

Configuration Daemon

confd is the Infix configuration daemon that serves as the glue between sysrepo and netopeer2 (NETCONF) and the UNIX system under it all.
