Add HISTCONTROL=ignoreboth to ignore duplicate commands and those starting with space, enable histappend, and improve tab completion behavior. Also add /etc/inputrc for better readline key bindings. Signed-off-by: Joachim Wiberg <troglobit@gmail.com>
