mDNS and LLDP tests should run independently to avoid interference. Previously, mDNS tests were blocked due to LLDP's transmit interval limitations. Moreover, mDNS operates at Layer 3, while LLDP operates at Layer 2, making IP configuration unnecessary for LLDP tests.
