Mattias Walström 0ee973b2b2 Make detection of DSA interface more robust ...

Sometimes the interface creation are done, but
the sysfs is not, this gap we sometimes finds
in the nameif script. Wait out the sysfs creation
if running a DSA switch.

Fix #685
