The idea was to change regression tests to opt-in, but it does not work as intended for our core devs, so revert. If you do *not* want the workflow(s) to run on your fork, you can disable them with the [...] button on the right-hand side, beside the "Filter workflow runs" text entry, in the Actions view of your fork.
