Joachim Wiberg 8b10678dee webui: reorganise sidebar and rename Dashboard to Overview ...

Group nav items by purpose:
- Security: Firewall, WireGuard, NACM
- Services: Services, DHCP, NTP, LLDP, mDNS (moved from Network)
- Network trimmed to: Interfaces, Routing, WiFi

Rename Dashboard → Overview for clearer Status > System > Overview
navigation hierarchy.
