Enable gpsd and override package defaults to integrate in Infix. - Sync with rules disabled downstream in Debian project to prevent clashes with common vendor/device ids used for other device types - Start gpsd instance with '-n' to ensure /dev/shm is udpated for chrony Signed-off-by: Joachim Wiberg <troglobit@gmail.com>
