Since we do not yet have lldpTxFast, or similar, to enable on LLDP, we tickle both services to resend their HELLO frames on link down/up event instead. + Reduces turnaround times drastically + Restore regression test for mDNS, which we lost recently Signed-off-by: Joachim Wiberg <troglobit@gmail.com>
