Joachim Wiberg 0647541988 patches/sysklogd: sync with latest version in Buildroot 2025.02 
Buildroot 2025.02 currently has sysklogd v2.7.0, which has new features,
but also a few bugs.  This commit drops all patches for v2.5.2 and adds
all patches for sysklogd v2.7.2

Joachim Wiberg 9adcc9fe99 patches/sysklogd: backport sysklogd log rotation support 
This is a backport of sysklogd v2.6.0 support for log rotation settings
in the .conf file.  Previously only supported on the command line.

Joachim Wiberg dcd7cb1a77 package/sysklogd: backport fix for kernel logs to console 
- Backport fix to allow raw kernel logs to console
 - Save 10 rotated (and gzipped) backups of all logs

The latter change was discussed a few weeks ago.  We determined it was a
safe number since all active products have eMMC with *lots* of storage.
