To reduce the duplication of effort between 9pm and the Infamy framework
this change consolidates the move from local 'infamy: title:' extension
to 9pm 'name:'.
For the parameterized tunnel tests we leverage the 9pm dynamic test-spec
variable, which looks for a correspodning <case>.adoc instead of static
Readme.adoc, when generating the test report.
Each test documentation should cover all aspects of the test, much like
the usage text of a UNIX program. To this end, the tunnel test docs are
now more spelled out, including all invariants.
Some refactoring of these tests were also necessary, e.g., replacing any
reserved Python keywords like 'type', and other PEP-8 fixes.

This commit greatly simplifies AsciiDoc image references in generated
Readme.adoc files. The two focused use-cases that remain after this
change are working references in:
- Generated output/images/test-report.pdf
- Viewing test's Readme.adoc from GitHub
Previously we aimed to have working images also when the test's Readme
was included in the parent directory's Readme.adoc. This, however, is
not supported as of this commit. It seems unlikely also to ever be a
supported feature of AsciiDoc on GitHub, for details, see the following

mDNS and LLDP tests should run independently to avoid interference.
Previously, mDNS tests were blocked due to LLDP's transmit interval
limitations. Moreover, mDNS operates at Layer 3, while LLDP operates
at Layer 2, making IP configuration unnecessary for LLDP tests.
Implemented logic to check if the system supports required services.
Logical edges with 'requires' fields are mapped only if physical edges
provide corresponding services. If not, the test is skipped.
This ensures that tests only run when the required services are available
in the test system configuration.
Fixes#654
On slow systems, we don't want test steps involving tools like scp or
ssh-keyscan to fail because the server had not come up yet.
Therefore, make sure that the server is ready to accept connections
before moving on to subsequent test steps.
Use CAPTIALIZED names for static data and collect them at the top.
Make a note about for future readers about why a test called
ssh_key_authentication suspiciously does not enable the SSH service :)
This should be a non functional change. The idea is to use the topdoc
dir from 9pm when generating the test report.

Since we do not yet have lldpTxFast, or similar, to enable on LLDP, we
tickle both services to resend their HELLO frames on link down/up event
instead.
+ Reduces turnaround times drastically

This can now a days be inferred and isn't needed. Also, the interface
type in virtual testing is now etherlike not ethernet.

This unfortunately required some restructuring, and as well as extending
the run time since we have no way of sending Ethernet frames currently
in the test framework (socat would be nice).
- Put enable/disable of services before tcpdump start, LLDP lingers ...
- Extend run time: 3 -> 20 sec to catch periodic LLDP messages

This test use NETCONF to enable/disable SSDP, it then verifies that the
DUT responds to, or does not respond to, SSDP discover messages.
