The Banana Pi R3 is a high-performance networking board featuring:
- MediaTek MT7986 ARM Cortex-A53 quad-core processor
- 4x Gigabit LAN ports (lan1-lan4)
- 1x Gigabit WAN port
- 2x SFP ports (sfp1, sfp2) for fiber connectivity
- Dual WiFi interfaces (wifi0 for 2.4GHz, wifi1 for 5GHz)
- USB support
- SD card boot support
- Enable BR2_DOWNLOAD_FORCE_CHECK_HASHES for R2S
- Relocate VisionFive2 patches to global patch dir for sharing with R2S
- Add hash for ATF v2.9

Support for this is based on the upstream Buildroot R2S defconfig and
the myLinux extensions and stripped-down kernel defconfig. For more

Please note, due to the lack of a VPD on the board, and some very poor
devicetree skills by yours truly, Infix currently refuse to boot on this
board. An in-devicetree factory-password-hash node has to be added, and
will be done soon.

For some reason, the ATF build system does not deem an mv-ddr-marvell
archive to be valid unless it versioned using GIT. This is obviously
not the case when building from a tarball downloaded from GitHub.
Therefore, remove the check.
Despite the ominous warning above the removed line, the lack of a .git
directory does not seem to have any detrimental effect on the
generated artifact - at least not on a Marvell CN9130 build.
