Fixes a warning from fakeroot by adjusting the type in the permission
table. Apparently the chown + chmod operations were always done even
though the type was wrong.

- relocate src/show.py to src/bin/show/
- Refactor container() to use run_sysrepo() instead of rolling its own
- Replace sysrepocfg with copy which supports nacm
- Rename run_sysrepocfg() -> get_json()

Add bash completion for the common datastores, like we already do in the
CLI, and update the usage text accordingly.
Also, make sure to install to /usr/bin, not /bin since we've now merged
the hierarchies since a while back.
